(1) Payment Refund (for advance payment):
a. If product is not available in stock.
b. If unable to send product to customer address within committed time.
c. If customer find the product damaged/ defective & InpaceBazar.com is unable to replace it with a fresh one.
d. If a different product is delivered to customer which has not been ordered by the signified customer.
e. If the customer changes his/ her mind & can cancel his/ her booking before the product is already shipped.
f. If online payment is made once more due to technical error.
*Orders paid online will be refunded within 7-21 working days through the online account depending on the current circumstances as determined by InpaceBazar. Customer needs to give a note over +8801730013828 or email@example.com. Part of this process Customer has to send back the delivered product at own cost; Products should be unused. InpaceBazar will verify the authenticity and nature to be convinced on genuine. To refund the payment customer may have to submit his/her bank statement. Note that if you are unable to report to InpaceBazar Customer Service Department within 24 hours, InpaceBazar shall not be held liable to refund the payment.
(2) No payment will be refunded for COD (Cash on Delivery). Also please, understand that we cannot accept returns on certain instances;
a. Damages due to misuse of product/item.
b. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
c. Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
d. Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
e. If the product can be repaired by the service center, InpaceBazar would get the same repaired and send it back to you.
If the customer is unwilling to purchase the product without any specific reason, mentioned above, & if he/ she does not cancel order in time, & wants refund of his/ her payment, InpaceBazar will send the refund at their convenient time only if the product has not already been shipped. If the product is already delivered, it’s not possible to refund the payment.
(3) Product Replacement; We provide Replacement of Product in the following circumstances;
a. Receiving back a damaged / defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per the original order.
b. For Apparels, if your purchased apparel does not fit you due to size mismatch. Color of the product may slightly vary due to photography, lighting sources or your monitor setting/ PC resolution.
*To get replacement customer needs to contact our customer service department within 24hours of delivery over +8801730013828 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Customer has to send back the product to InpaceBazar office at own cost. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit. Please, understand that we cannot accept returns in certain instances.
